Introduction

Welcome to The Accountability Lounge! By accessing or using our website, services, or community features, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Membership Terms

  • Members must be 18 years or older to join.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and must be used only by the registered individual.
  • Pods seasons are paid once and do not renew automatically. Near the end of your season, we'll ask if you'd like another one.

2. User Conduct

By participating in our community, you agree to:

  • Respect other members and avoid inappropriate behavior, including harassment, hate speech, or spamming.
  • Share accurate and honest information when participating in discussions or accountability groups.
  • Refrain from sharing copyrighted or proprietary material without permission.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Subscription fees must be paid in full at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion for valid reasons, such as technical issues or accidental charges.
  • Pods matching refund: your 3-month Pod season starts on your first Pod call. If you have not been matched into a Pod within 14 days of payment, you may choose a full refund (email hello@acclounge.org) or keep your spot while we fill your Pod. Once your first Pod call has taken place, the season fee is non-refundable.
  • If you wish to cancel your membership, please do so through your account settings or email us at hello@acclounge.org.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including courses, programs, and resources, is owned by The Accountability Lounge. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or use content without prior written permission.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate memberships for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with payment terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our platform.
  • Decisions or actions taken based on information or resources provided in our community.
