A Pod is a small group of women who meet on a steady rhythm, name what matters, and stay connected when the original plan changes.
Your membership begins right away. Reserve your spot on the Pod that fits, and it opens once 3 compatible members are ready. Come with people you already know, or come on your own and we will build the group around you.

3 makes a Pod. We begin once 3 compatible members are ready
For the week that keeps getting away from you.
Show up, name the kind of week you are in, and leave with one clear next move.
Not every goal needs the same kind of support. We are forming small Pods around three rhythms. When you join, you share the windows that work for you and we place you in the Pod that fits. Once your Pod opens, a short onboarding video walks you through how the calls work before the first one.
For the list that never shrinks.
Every other week, bring one task that has been sitting in the background.
Choose what to handle first, make quiet progress alongside a few women, and leave knowing what happens next.

Three or more joining together? Your own Pod opens as soon as everyone is in. Coming solo or as a pair? We match you on time zone and availability. 3 makes a Pod.
First call
Once your Pod opens, a short onboarding video walks you through how the calls work before the first one.
Your goal is yours. It stays private until you choose to share it, and the group shares the rhythm and the encouragement.
The goal was real. Monday looked good. Then Tuesday went sideways, and by Thursday you had stopped mentioning it to yourself.
So you kept it to yourself. Reset quietly. Started again Monday. Told no one.
You have tried the other ways
The accountability partner. Week one you are fired up. Week three the messages slow down. Then stop.
The group chat. Loud for a few days, then thirty-seven unread messages and you mute it.
Doing it alone, because at least that way nobody is let down. But alone gets heavier every week.
And the version of you who actually wanted to finish that thing. She is still waiting.

You meet with women who know what you said mattered, ask how it went, and make room for the honest version of the week.

3 makes a Pod. Pods are up to 6 women who agree on a clear meeting rhythm for one season. Some meet weekly. Others meet monthly or around one shared purpose. The lead rotates each call, so no one person carries the group for the whole season.
You will see the available Pod rhythms before you reserve. Your group begins once compatible members are ready, and a short onboarding video comes before the first call.
You work toward your own goals in a shared space. No pressure to perform. No catching up after a hard week. No advice unless you ask for it.
Your community manager checks in whether you are mid-season in a pod or using the app solo between seasons. The support does not disappear when a pod ends.
What happens inside a pod
What you do not have to do
The goal is not to become a different person. It is to keep being the person you already are, with people beside you.
The structure is already there. You are not deciding how the meeting goes, or keeping it on track, or working out whose turn it is to talk. You show up and use it.
Every paid member receives a personal check-in from a community manager at least once a month.
If you miss a call, we check in gently. No catch-up. Just a clear way back in.
From day one, while a compatible Pod is forming and between seasons, your membership includes:
Goal tracking, weekly commitments, habit completion, progress visibility.
Every paid member gets a personal check-in at least once a month. If you are in a pod and miss a call, your community manager may reach out sooner.
Weekly sizing so a soft week does not wipe out a full one.
Built in. One missed day does not reset what you built.
An honest weekly look back at what moved and what did not.
Post when things feel heavy. Celebrate when something moves. Or track privately.
Community managers who notice. Not bots. Not automations.
“Once someone else was holding me accountable, I gained that extra push to follow through. Even when life got messy, knowing someone was checking in gave me what I needed.”
“What kept me focused was not the structure. It was the people. The moment I shared something, something shifted. Encouragement followed. Sometimes just someone saying I see you. I never felt alone in it.”
“On a heavy week, I reached out instead of disappearing. Something lifted. It became easier to stay close and keep moving.”
Real group. Community manager in the mix. Full membership.
Your membership begins the moment you sign up. Pod placement begins as compatible groups form. App features are available from day one.
Nothing punitive happens. Your pod lead flags the missed call and a community manager checks in gently to make sure you have a simple way back in. You do not have to catch up or explain what happened.
The lead rotates between members. When it is your turn you have a guide to follow, so there is nothing to prepare and nothing to work out. You are never expected to coach, motivate, or manage the group.
The call follows a set structure, the same one every week, so it never depends on who is leading. You arrive, you get to the thing you are working on, and you leave with a clear next move. The rhythm is walked through in your orientation before the first call.
That is built into the structure. You name whether your week is light, full, or heavy before you commit to anything. You also choose the smallest version of your focus, so you have a way to stay connected without trying to catch up.
App access begins immediately, whichever way you join.
Bringing three or more people? Your Pod opens as soon as everyone is in.
Joining on your own, or with one other person? You reserve your spot and share your availability, and the Pod opens once three schedules line up. We will keep you posted while yours forms, and if a group cannot come together, our community team will help you find a next step.
Either way, a short onboarding video comes before the first call.
It depends on what you are holding. The Week Ahead Pod is for the week that keeps getting away from you -- the object changes every week. The Steady Progress Pod is for the one thing you keep dropping -- the same object for three months. Life Admin is for the list that never shrinks -- no single goal, no fixed horizon, just accumulated tasks. We match you based on the rhythm you need and the windows you share. If none feel right yet, start with the two-minute quiz.
Do you have one thing you keep dropping, or a week that keeps collapsing? Start where it hurts most:
“One thing I keep dropping”
A project, a routine, a decision
The Steady Progress Pod
“A week that keeps collapsing”
The week itself keeps getting away from you
The Week Ahead Pod
“A list that never ends”
Small tasks that never seem to shrink
Life Admin Pod
Still not sure? Take the two-minute quiz and we will point you toward the right rhythm.
Pods run in 3-month seasons because a steady rhythm needs more than a few weeks to become real. If something significant changes during your season, contact the community team and we will help you find the best next step.
Then start smaller. Take the two-minute quiz and you will get a plain read on why follow-through keeps slipping, plus the smallest tool that fixes it. No pod required.
Take the 2-minute quiz →A Pod gives you a regular room, a shared rhythm, and a few people who remember what you said you were here for.
