A small group, a shared rhythm, and someone keeping watch.
Pods are how AccLounge turns intention into a habit. 3 makes a Pod. Up to 6 women, three months together, a rhythm that holds whether your week is heavy or soft.
Small enough that nobody can hide.
Size
3 makes a Pod
Big enough for momentum. Small enough that your name is known by the second call.
Length
One season, three months
Long enough to build trust. Short enough that you are not signing up for the rest of your life.
Who runs it
Rotating lead, shared weight
No one person runs the group. The lead rotates each call so the weight of showing up for everyone else never falls on one set of shoulders. A community manager checks in on the group and notices when someone goes quiet.
The same five steps. Every time.
Structure is the part that makes it feel safe. You always know what is next.
01 · Arrive honestly
Name the kind of week you are in: light, full, or heavy.
02 · Choose one focus
One thing that matters this week. Not a whole new life plan.
03 · Make it realistic
A first small step, a time for it, and a smaller version that still counts.
04 · Step together
A quiet work or planning block. Camera optional.
05 · Close
Leave knowing what comes first this week.
The week is where the work happens.
Inside the app you will see your season focus, this week's intention, and what your podmates are working on. Soft week or heavy week, the rhythm holds. If you go quiet, someone in your pod and your community manager notice before another week slips by.
What women ask before they sign up.
- What is a pod?
- A Pod is 3 to 6 women who meet on a set rhythm for three months. The lead rotates each call so no one person carries the group. A community manager checks in between calls. You commit to the season, not to a forever membership.
- How is this different from a Discord or a Slack community?
- You are not dropped into a thousand-person server. You join one small group with names, faces, and a shared rhythm. The community manager makes sure nobody quietly disappears.
- What happens on a pod call?
- Every call follows the same five-part rhythm: arrive honestly and name the kind of week you are in, choose one focus, make it realistic, take a small step together, and close with a clear next move. No awkward openers, no one talking for forty minutes.
- What if I miss a week?
- Nothing punitive. Your pod lead flags the missed call and a community manager checks in gently. You do not have to catch up or explain. Missing a week is not a failure, it is a signal that someone is paying attention.
- How long is the commitment?
- Three months. That is one season. After that you can renew with your pod, switch into a different pod, or step away. The three-month floor exists so the group has time to actually become a group.
- What does it cost?
- $47 per month, billed monthly for the three-month season. App access starts the moment you sign up.
- What if my pod is not open yet?
- You get full app access immediately and join the waitlist for your pod. Matching happens in small batches. You will hear from us when your group is forming.
You have been consistent enough. You just needed someone to be consistent with.
$47/month. Three-month commitment. App access starts immediately.
